Transfer residue: There is a small amount of adhesive residue on the surface of the profile, and the protective film adhesive maintains a good luster.

The quality of the process of producing the protective film, the substrate (PET) and the raw material (bonding) is problematic, resulting in adverse consequences.
Countermeasures:
1, improve the technical level, improve science and technology is the guarantee of quality. The coating process requirements include the ratio, dosage, uniformity of the binder, the ratio of the curing agent, the dispersion uniformity of the adhesive in the adhesive, the mechanical speed, the temperature setting, the drying effect, etc.
2. Improve the quality of the adhesive. Such as the use of high gel content of the adhesive, the use of long carbon chain acrylate monomer copolymerization bonding technology, improve the degree of cross-linking with the product; add a specific UV absorber, optimize the prescription to reduce UV aging and adhesive production process, improve the heat resistance of the adhesive, low temperature resistance and so on.
3. Improve the surface tension of the aluminized PET film; pet itself is a polar material, and there is a certain tension on both sides. The tension gradually weakens with the passage of time. The corona processor performs online electric activation treatment to enhance the bonding strength between the pet substrate and the adhesive.
4, increase the degree of crosslinking of the adhesive; improve the adhesive formula, increase the proportion of crosslinking agent can improve the cohesion of the adhesive.
